This project involved a complete transformation of two office buildings at Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4GE — six floors in total across both buildings. Quattro Development & Construction delivered a full strip-out through to a complete Category A and Category B fit-out, creating a high-end working environment finished to a standard that allowed the client to move in immediately after handover. A standout feature of the project is the bespoke curved partition walls that define the office layout, with the carpet and LVT floor finishes following the same curves — every joint was precisely curved through the radius rather than cut straight, giving a seamless, high-end finish throughout.
Challenge
The brief called for a striking, high-end working environment across two large office buildings spanning six floors, with a design built around sweeping curved partition walls rather than conventional straight runs. Translating that design intent into a precise, buildable reality - and carrying the curve through every floor finish junction without a single straight cut - demanded an unusually high level of accuracy from design through to installation.
Solution
Quattro carried out a complete strip-out of both buildings before delivering a full Category A and Category B fit-out across all six floors. The bespoke curved partition walls were built to precise radii, and the carpet and LVT floor finishes were installed with every joint curving through the radius to match — rather than relying on straight cuts — so the flooring reads as a continuous, seamless sweep beneath each curved wall. The result was finished to a standard that allowed the client to move straight in on handover.
Results
The finished office space delivers a cohesive, high-end working environment across both buildings, with the curved partition walls and matching curved floor joints forming a distinctive design feature throughout. The client was able to move in immediately on handover.
